The millennium batches were sold without this air ramp extension. No, it is not sold in spare parts shops. Have to hunt those earlier production cars. So it's quite rare, really. And not everyone really care about it too. Thank goodness. hehehe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tested on hi revs, the temperature remain stabil. So it doesnt affect much to the previous AFR setup. So it's good to go!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The best thing is, got it FOC. Thanks to that foremen. Thanks man!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By the way, this is how it looks like in the engine bay. Keep it simple. Dismantled my rear seats and this is what i found! :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://s370.photobucket.com/albums/oo147/jambu_photo/?action=view&amp;current=DSC00614.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/oo147/jambu_photo/DSC00614.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it was rust all over!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Before it'll parasited even more, these are a few steps that i did to the rusty part. It was time for a DIY session!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Went to local hardware shop and bought a can of anti rust spray and a piece of sand paper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://s370.photobucket.com/albums/oo147/jambu_photo/?action=view&amp;current=DSC00617.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/oo147/jambu_photo/DSC00617.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After a bit of cleaning to the rusty metal, I sprayed all the infected sections. Repairing also means modifications to me. One of the major repair is the trailing arms. It seems that the panel workshop did not seems to change it, as claimed, or maybe it was changed with a bad one, eitherway, it meant that I got a faulty trailing arm. It started with making weird noise, but I chose to ignore it since it doesnt effect the handling. But kinda lately, it has started messing with the handling. Handling and braking is priority number one for me. Doesn't matter how fast or how pretty your car is, if your handling sucks, well, it's not quite safe to drive. In other words, it's risky!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After some inspections, found out that there were some loose nuts. And the trailing is in a bent condition. No wonder why the alignment machine found out that the camber and the alignment at the back is so out of tune!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, immediate action is needed. I was trying to source out the most appropriate choices for me, which took some effort. If money wasn't an issue, I would've opted for a new one, which bear the cost of rm1.5k-2.8k. The recondition trailing arms got a reputation of not being a reliable product. If you are lucky, you'll get a good one. If you're not, you're getting a good one, but only work in a short amount of time. Out of a nowhere, someone offered me a second hand one, which is quite hard to get, and it came with a reasonable price. Without further considerations, I said 'yes'. So there you go.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here's the old one. Then I stumbled into a workshop that have the proper tools to pump up the camber again. Just an experience from my previous setup during my old weber days. Miss them 'sometimes'. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;The DGV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is a progressive downdraft carb, with one barrel opening after another. Never had the chance to use it, since I sold it first. Skywalker from SIC had the experience using it, while I only had the experience on purchasing it and making some money out of it. Got it full set with manifold, custom adaptor and K&amp;N airfilter. It's a double barrel carbs opening at the same time. Nice. Lovely sound. Good throttle response. FC is more or less the same with the OEM aisan carb.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Used it for about a month or two, then it's time for upgrades, to a better and nastier carbie. Have to throw a mild cam just to match the power produced from this mean devil at the tiny 4g13/5. engine. Getting the right tuning and setup is not easy, but not impossible. Once you got it right, it's an addicted habit to smack that acceleration pedal. Shocked? Sceptical? Gimmicks? Unreliable Sources? Eager to try? All of perceptions comes to mind, but the last question mark is always, WHAT IF.......?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;After some readings on the reviews from the forummers from www.carigold.com.my, it got on my nerves to try it out. It's not about why, but more about why not? My engine is only a 4G13p with mods under 10k. Lighter engine means better pickup, but not that significant really. That's all about it I think. In terms of fuel consumption, I dont see any differences, maybe that fault can be addressed to my driving style. One thing that's noticeable is that the smells of cooking oil breezing in your cockpit(later I found out that there were leaks from my oil ring. No wonder). I tried going redline, still, everything seems pretty ok. hmm, too good to be true.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;After 2000 plus kilometres, I sent my car to my favourite tuner (again), to do new settings (again!), and the work involved stripping out the engine head. Now, there's a chance for me to see how the internal parts are doing. Enough of the review, now let's get to business and see the real deal. The parts are all still in good shape. Phew. Haven't got the chance to see how the conrod bearings are doing. So until then, no further comments for that. Hopefully this writing can be informative to others, or maybe if the supposed governing bodies that have an authorities on palm oil research notice this, hopefully you guys should do an RND for palm oil as an alternative replacement for the ever rising price tags of traditional engine lubricating oil. It came with 1024 x 600 resolutions, which means the web popping out at the right size. Larger screen also gives way for a larger keyboard. Typing with this keyboard is really fun and easy to use, Instead I'm loving every moment of it. Can't pay for the net? No worries. The 802.11b/g/n WiFi surely can helps you to browse the net without even paying for it.er, in the wifi area, that is.The 1.3 megapixel webcams is good enough for chatting with your friends online. yay!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This tiny netboook came up with a storage up to 160G, which is big enough for storing simple application. It provides the much needed space that some needed. Still, the multi card readers slot that came up with U100 plus offers more spaces for storage. The speakers, well, nothing much to expect from those. In the open spaces, I doubt that the sounds can be heard clearly. But thanks to a pair of audio jacks, a headset can be used to counterpart this problems. Or, like what I did, I use the bluetooth 2.0 to match with my Sony Ericsson bluetooth speakers. Now there, the sound can be heard loud enough for movies and songs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The U100 came pre-installed with Window XP. It doesn't come with the optical drive, but this can be solved by using the external optical drive, and the three 2.0 usb ports surely can support this extra works. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've upgraded the RAM to 2G and a screen protector. Upgrading the RAM will peel off the stickers, and that could only means one thing; the warranty is not valid anymore!(which is 2 years international warranty). But I just can't hold my nerves and still opt to upgrade. I still got the warranty from my retailer though. phew! The 6 cells battery can only last around 4 ++ hours, but that's good enough for me.
